We strive to provide quality service and build meaningful relationships through communication, integrity and faith. J.H.W. Enterprises, LLC is focused on maximizing income and reducing expenses. We thrive ourselves on being able to effectively capture market rents, qualified tenants, and stabilizing facilities (maintenance) expenses. We are hassle free and will send monthly reporting to the property owners detailing financial analytics of their properties. We believe that there's no property too BIG or too far that doesn't deserve the J.H.W. touch.

J.H.W. CARES
J.H.W. Cares was birthed from our passion for helping others who are in need. It is the outreach arm of J.H.W. Enterprises, LLC. In addition to assisting others in finding homes and managing properties, we have partnered with several local non-profits such as Soul Harvesters Outreach Ministry, One80 Place, Origin SC, Hope For Housing, & My Sister's House.
Their missions focus on helping others find resources for sustainability.They do this through community engagement events, clothing & food drives, and educational opportunities to help communities in Charleston, South Carolina thrive. Our executive leadership team volunteers with them during their outreach events and helps provide resources for reliable housing.
Our J.H.W. Cares team helps to establish relationships with community partners so that we develop a community that cares. J.H.W. Enterprises, Property Management, not only helps those find homes and build their legacies, but we care for those within our communities who need it the most.
